Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with IFS ERP, including one full end-to-end implementation.
• Strong knowledge in Finance: GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.

RI hope you’re doing well! I’m reaching out as one of our clients is currently looking for a Senior Functional Consultant – IFS Cloud (Finance) to support their ongoing growth and upcoming projects across implementation, upgrade, and support streams.

Key Responsibilities :

Business requirements analysis and process mapping

Definition of functional solutions and documentation (TO-BE, Solution Design, etc.)

Configuration of the IFS Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, etc.)

Support and coordination with technical and offshore teams

Data migration activities (master, transactional) and template preparation

Testing strategy, execution follow-up (SIT / UAT), and defect handling

Conducting client workshops and user training sessions

Supporting cutover and go-live planning and execution

• Strong experience with IFS ERP (v10 and above) – minimum 10 years
• Proven track record on IFS Cloud , with at least one full end-to-end implementation
• In-depth knowledge of the Finance domain : General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting, Bank & Cash
• Good understanding of cross-domain processes (SCM, Manufacturing, Project, etc.) is a plus
• Hands-on in business process design, data migration, testing, training
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in international environments
• Fluency in English is mandatory – French is a nice-to-have

Additional Information :

Location : Mainly remote

Occasional travel to sites in France possible (expenses covered)

Duration : 6 months, extendable
