Groupe SEB recherche un Project Manager en Industrie 4.0 à Écully pour participer à la transformation numérique de la chaîne de valeur. Vous serez responsable de la coordination des activités, du développement de stratégies et de solutions, ainsi que de la promotion des changements numériques au sein d'une équipe dynamique et innovante.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 7 ans dans un environnement industriel.
  • Connaissance des stratégies de performance industrielle.
  • Fluent en anglais.

  • Participer au développement de la stratégie et du catalogue de solutions.
  • Promouvoir le changement numérique au sein du groupe.

Contribute to our development:

As a project manager within the industrial efficiency department of the SEB Group, you participate in the implementation of technologies and solutions for Industry 4.0. Your various missions will lead you to work in collaboration with the entire SEB Group Supply Chain:

• Coordinate Industry 4.0 activities to eliminate existing problems with: identification of irritants, possible solutions, demonstration of operation and their effectiveness through pilot and proof of value

• Participate in the development of the Industry 4.0 strategy

• Participate in the development of a standard solution catalog at the group level

• Coordinate internal and external resources

• Ensure the consideration of Industry 4.0 requirements in new industrial projects

• Support and promote digital change

• Create and federate the Industry 4.0 community within the group

• With a master's degree (bac) in general engineering, you have at least 7 years of experience in an industrial and operations environment

• Knowledge of industrial performance strategies

• Ability to work transversely, to challenge and support

• Good communication skills, simplification, and proposal force

• Global vision and results-oriented

• Fluent in English given the international dimension of the position
