Your role:

As a Project Manager in the Industrial Efficiency department, you will implement Industry 4.0 technologies and solutions, collaborating across the SEB Group Supply Chain. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Industry 4.0 initiatives to identify issues, develop solutions, demonstrate effectiveness through pilots and proof of value
  • Contribute to developing the Industry 4.0 strategy
  • Develop a standard solution catalog at the group level
  • Manage internal and external resources
  • Ensure Industry 4.0 requirements are integrated into new projects
  • Support digital transformation and change management
  • Foster and lead the Industry 4.0 community within the group

Candidate profile:

  • Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in an industrial and operational environment
  • Knowledge of industrial performance strategies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, challenge, and support teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on simplification and proposing solutions
  • Global vision and results-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English due to the international scope
