Bump is seeking an ambitious Content Specialist to own the Indonesian market from Paris, crafting bold TikTok, Reels, and UGC content that resonates locally.

You'll lead Indonesian creators, test ideas fast, and collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams to turn great content into growth across Indonesia.

This hands-on role rewards creativity, trend-spotting, and rigorous execution from a fast-moving team in a dynamic startup.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years making short-form content for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Experience making content for ads, especially UGC.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and Indonesian creator landscape.
• Indonesian language and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Indonesia.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Grow Bump in Indonesia and own the market growth.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Indonesian market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Indonesian creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Indonesian creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape the creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Indonesia-focused activations.
