United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Content Specialist to own and grow the Baltic market from Paris. You will lead content creation, manage Baltic creators, and run influencer campaigns that drive growth across TikTok, Reels, and UGC-style ads.

You’ll work closely with a fast-moving team in Paris, test ideas quickly, and help shape Bump’s creative direction for the Baltics. Fluency in a Baltic language and English is essential, with on-site work in Paris.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years making short-form content for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Experience making ads content, especially UGC.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and Baltic creator landscape.
• Baltic language plus English proficiency.
• Experience living in any Baltic country and willingness to work in Paris on-site.

• Grow Bump in the Baltic countries and own this market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Baltic market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Baltic creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Baltic creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to translate content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, shape creative direction, support launches.
