We are seeking a highly motivated Index Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on growing and strengthening client relationships and driving sales of index solutions across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will act as a trusted advisor to institutional investors, asset managers, wealth managers, and other financial professionals, using your expertise to address their needs with our index products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development :

Identify and engage potential clients in the financial services sector, including asset managers, institutional investors, and banks, across France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored index solutions.

  • Be your clients' primary point of contact, ensuring a high level satisfaction.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including equity, fixed income, ESG, and custom indices.

  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitors to position products effectively.
  • Teamwork :

Work closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and client support to deliver excellent client experiences.

  • Collaborate with regional teams to share insights, align strategies, and support cross-regional opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis :

Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.

  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to business development strategies.
