Job Description:

Genashtim, founded in 2008, provides sustainable employment for PWDs and marginalized communities. We are expanding our team of Independent Verification Analysts (IVAs) to perform assessments of ESG data and reports, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. This remote role requires fluency in English and proficiency in French or Italian, with a focus on supporting inclusivity for mobility-challenged individuals or persons with disabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Assist companies in completing the certification process.
2. Review ESG and social/environmental performance data.
3. Act as the primary contact for companies, communicating standards and requirements.
4. Guide companies through legal frameworks and provide actionable ESG improvement suggestions.
5. Manage project timelines for multiple companies.
6. Provide technical support for ESG assessment tools.
7. Maintain accurate records in platforms like Salesforce and ESG assessment apps.
8. Contribute to process improvements and standards development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or Environmental Studies.
• 2-3 years in roles with external responsibilities, preferably related to ESG.
• Skills: Attention to detail, project management, tech proficiency, cross-cultural communication, exceptional English skills, and additional French or Italian language skills.
