Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to establish and grow Drowsy’s presence in France . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, has strong relationships in high end department stores, beauty retail, spas, and luxury hotels and wants to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Entry & Development : Identify and open doors to key retail opportunities in France— high-end department stores, spas, hotels, wellness spaces, and online retailers.
• Sales Execution : Pitch, present, and close wholesale deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with French retail buyers, distributors, and potential partners.
• Brand Representation : Serve as the face of Drowsy in the French market, embodying our brand values and ensuring premium brand positioning.
• Feedback & Insights : Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the Drowsy HQ.
• Localization : Help tailor marketing and sales strategies to resonate with the French consumer and retail landscape.

Ideal Candidate :

• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven track record in B2B sales within beauty, wellness and lifestyle.
• Strong network of retail and distribution contacts in France.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for premium products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the French retail landscape and consumer behavior.
