Une entreprise dynamique recherche un consultant en vente indépendant pour représenter trois marques de grillades en pleine croissance. Ce rôle unique vous permettra de développer des opportunités commerciales dans le sud de la France et en Suisse francophone, tout en gérant des comptes existants. Avec un modèle de rémunération basé sur les commissions, vous bénéficierez d'un soutien d'une équipe de vente et de marketing dédiée, tout en ayant la liberté d'opérer de manière indépendante. Independent Sales Consultant (Southern France & French-Speaking Switzerland)

Brands : Consumer Grill Brands : Kamado Joe, Masterbuilt, Char Griller

Contract Type : Independent Sales (Freelance / Consultant)

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Independent Sales Person to drive sales and expand our retail footprint in Southern France and French-speaking Switzerland . This is a unique opportunity to represent three high-potential American BBQ grill brands in a fast-growing category. You will focus on developing new business opportunities —with an emphasis on mass retail, garden centers, DIY chains, and hypermarkets —while also managing and growing (existing) accounts for Kamado Joe, Masterbuilt, and Char Griller in the specialty BBQ channel.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development :

  • Secure new retail partnerships for in mass merchants (garden centers, DIY, hypermarkets).
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in specialty retail.

Account Management :

  • Maintain and grow relationships with current customers, ensuring brand visibility and sell-through support.
  • Execute seasonal business plans and drive in-store activation where relevant.

Sales Growth & Targets :

  • Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs across all three brands.
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape to inform strategy and execution.

Field Support & Customer Visits :

  • Regular in-person customer visits across Southern France and French-speaking Switzerland.
  • Support retailers with product training, merchandising, and events where needed.
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Middleby Outdoor International team (based in the Netherlands).
  • Collaborate with marketing on local activations and seasonal campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Proven Sales Professional with at least 5 years of experience in field sales or as an independent freelancer in the BBQ, outdoor living, garden center, or DIY industries.
  • Strong network and relationships with mass merchants , garden center chains, and DIY stores in Southern France and / or French-speaking Switzerland.
  • Fluent in French , working knowledge of English (Dutch or German is a plus but not required).
  • Must have driver's license
  • Must be a French or EUR resident
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality , but also strong account management skills .
  • Based in Southern France (or willing to travel extensively in the region).
  • Independent, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with premium and value-for-money brands is an advantage.
  • Passion for BBQ, outdoor cooking, or consumer goods is a plus!
