Job summary

Culture Vitale is seeking an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate partnerships across Europe and beyond, focusing on HR, L&D, leadership, and client teams. You’ll secure bookings, nurture relationships, and drive repeat business with an independent, flexible approach.

The role offers uncapped earnings, potential retainer discussions, and full support from our brand assets, CRM tools, and proposal templates.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in B2B across EMEA and major European cities.
• Freelance agent/commercial sales or experienced B2B profile.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages a plus.
• Self-driven, professional; comfortable presenting to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership).
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings.
• Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships.
• Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market.
