Job summary

Culture Vitale seeks a commission-based sales freelancer to drive national or international B2B partnerships for its Sessions of Vitality. You will acquire and manage corporate relationships, secure bookings, and build repeat business with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.

The role offers full independence and uncapped earning potential. Based remotely with freedom to control your schedule, you will operate as an independent contractor, supported with brand assets, templates, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and partnerships with large organizations.
• Experience selling corporate services, HR/L&D, events, wellness or related areas.
• Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership).
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings and nurture repeat business.
• Act as a trusted commercial lead in your market and manage relationships.
