Job summary

Culture Vitale is seeking a dynamic commission-based sales freelancer to represent our Sessions of Vitality to corporate clients in France. You will prospect, engage decision-makers, present our unique wellness and development experiences, and convert leads into bookings.

The role offers ongoing commissions and flexibility to work independently, with potential salaried options in the future. Ideal candidates are freelance sales professionals with B2B experience, fluent in French and English,

Qualifications

• Sales experience in France, B2B sales background preferred.
• Fluent in French and English, other EU languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, managers, sales/marketing leaders).
• Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients.
• Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business.
• Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner.
• Pursue ongoing commission and be the first touchpoint for clients.
