Aerospacelab is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to execute QA/QC activities across procurement and production, read schematics, document records, and support investigations of non-conforming items. You will collaborate with diverse teams, maintain NC reports with the supply chain, and contribute to process improvements in Toulouse.

Fluent English, thoroughness, and the ability to learn across disciplines are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control disciplines.
• Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
• Fluent English communication.
• Thoroughness in documentation and processes.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical schematics.
• Ability to develop knowledge in different technical disciplines as required.

Responsabilités

• Execute defined quality control activities during product procurement and production.
• Support definition of quality control points and processes.
• Perform required metrology activities.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of activities.
• Support root cause investigation and define pathways for non-conforming items.
• Establish NC Reports and coordinate with the supply chain.
• Support collection of lessons learned and process improvements.

Your mission

• Execute defined quality control activities during product’s procurement and production
• Support definition of quality control points and process
• Perform required metrology activities
• Document process and maintain accurate records of activities
• Support root cause investigation and way forward definition on non-conforming items
• Establish NC Reports and process them in relation with supply chain
• Support collection of lessons learned and process improvement

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control disciplines
• Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Communication English proficiency

• Experience in reading and interpreting technical schematics
• Ability to develop good knowledge in the different technical disciplines as required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with relevant ECSS, ISO, and/or IPC standards
• Prior experience in space sector
• Prior experience in working in cleanroom environment
• Relevant training or technical diploma
• Familiarity with Odoo
• Prior experience in using metrology tools
