Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR leader to define and deploy the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roadmap across an international group. You will lead DEI programs, promote an inclusive culture, and partner with HR networks to implement policies and measurement across the organization.

You will integrate social responsibility into HR processes and monitor metrics to drive transformation while staying abreast of regulatory developments and ESG reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (8–10 years) in HR, DEI, CSR or organizational transformation.
• Degree from business/engineering school or a university program in HR, CSR or management.
• Strong commitment to inclusion, diversity and ESG topics.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Comfortable with data analysis, HR metrics and performance management.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
