A leading health technology company is seeking an Inbound Sales professional to join their team in France. You will be responsible for closing inbound sales requests and transforming prospects into customers with a focus on providing an exceptional experience. Candidates should have 1-2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills in French and English, and a desire to learn quickly. We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France.
Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals).
You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
