About the Inbound Sales role
We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France. Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals). You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers.
We also expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.

- The Inbound Sales team is quite recent: You will contribute to building a new practice within the Sales Community, getting involved in tooling and process improvements
- You will help building the playbook of best practices to close deals in one shot
- You will contribute to making our products even better by sharing feedback and improving the self-serve experience for our members
- You will become an insurance expert and learn to master our products in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects
- We invest heavily in AI to transform the Sales practice. You'll have the opportunity to become one of the most modern Sales professionals in the market!
Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects
- Have natural empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
- Have a positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
- Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
