This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Clinical Operations. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in preclinical in vivo pharmacology studies supporting all phases of oncology drug discovery, from exploratory research to early development.
• Perform compound administrations via various routes (IV, PO, IP, SC) in efficacy studies involving combinations of therapeutic agents across multiple indications.
• Monitor key parameters such as tumor volume, body weight , and ensure strict adherence to ethical standards for animal care.
• Collect biological samples (blood, plasma, tissues) to validate the experimental models used.
• Analyze study results and summarize findings in technical reports .
• Accurately document activities in the laboratory notebook .
• Contribute to laboratory operations and logistics (equipment, supply management, organization).
• Participate actively in internal scientific meetings (team/unit level).
• Maintain compliance with animal welfare protocols and institutional guidelines throughout all procedures.

• Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years— talent matters most to us!)
• Skills: Must hold a valid Level II animal experimentation certification (mandatory), Ability to conduct in vivo studies with respect for protocols, ethical standards, and animal welfare, Proficient in various administration and sampling techniques (e.g., IV, IP, blood, tissue).
• Education: Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Biology or related field.
• Languages: French and good skills in English
