Qualifications

• 2 ans d'expérience en environnement de luxe.
• Compétences fortes en communication et passion pour la mode.
• Proficiency en MS Office, Illustrator et Photoshop.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la conformité des standards de VM selon les lignes directrices de Moncler.
• Participer à la planification et à la mise en place de la VM dans les départements.
• Former les équipes avec enthousiasme et énergie sur la présentation des produits.

MONCLER is offering a unique opportunity, offering the position of In-store Visual Merchandiser within our amazing Flagship on Champs-Elysées .

Your Impact

• Ensure the boutique VM standards are well maintained according to guidelines and in compliance with Moncler VM standards;
• Participate in the planning, preparation of VM set-up for the different departments and rotations, aligned with the Store Director
• Participate in the installation of window in accordance with Moncler standards and manage product rotations in the window;
• Ensure products are displayed according to Moncler standards and guidelines, agility to reinforce the visibility of our collection

Share qualitative and photographic feedback, after each rotation with the Regional VM and Global teams, proceed with required adjustments

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of all product categories and become a driving force to lead business development through Visual Merchandising
• Be the ambassador and a role model for Visual Merchandising in the whole boutique, training Floor and BO teams with passion and energy and interacting with them to check product selection and presentation
• Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales & participate to the unique client experience at MONCLER

Qualifications

• 2 years+ relevant work experience in Luxury retail environment
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with passion for fashion, art & culture
• Working proficiency in MS office, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent organization, planning & problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of detail with ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline
• Positive, self-initiative and team player
• Fluent in French and English
