Moncler, une marque de luxe iconique, recherche un In-store Visual Merchandiser pour sa boutique phare sur les Champs-Élysées. Vous serez responsable de maintenir des normes élevées de merchandising visuel, de planifier des installations et d'optimiser la présentation des produits pour améliorer l'expérience client. Nous cherchons un candidat passionné par la mode avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le retail de luxe, capable de travailler en équipe et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Qualifications

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de luxe.
• Fluente en français et anglais.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression dans des délais serrés.

Responsabilités

• Maintenir les normes de merchandising visuel dans le magasin.
• Participer à la planification et à l'installation de vitrines.
• Gérer les rotations de produits et optimiser les outils du magasin.

Overview

MONCLER is offering a unique opportunity for the position of In-store Visual Merchandiser at our flagship store on Champs-Elysées.

Your Impact

1. Maintain boutique VM standards according to guidelines and in compliance with Moncler VM standards.
2. Participate in planning and preparing VM set-ups for different departments and rotations, aligned with the Store Director.
3. Assist in window installation according to Moncler standards and manage product rotations in the window.
4. Display products according to standards and guidelines, enhancing the visibility of our collection.
5. Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Regional VM and Global teams, and make necessary adjustments.
6. Manage products, optimize boutique tools, stock, and inventory.
7. Gain in-depth knowledge of all product categories and lead business development through Visual Merchandising.
8. Serve as a role model for Visual Merchandising, training Floor and Back Office teams with passion and energy, and collaborating on product selection and presentation.
9. Act proactively to develop the business by leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
10. Ensure Visual Merchandising standards during in-store events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fashion, art, and culture.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-initiative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English.
