A leading luxury brand is seeking a professional to manage the visibility strategy in Benelux. Responsibilities include developing an annual plan for brand presence, ensuring optimal visibility at retail, and managing a team of In-Store executives. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or retail design, be fluent in French and English, and possess strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the Benelux visibility strategy (permanent and temporary), including Retail KPI's and Retail Opex / Capex budget.
  • Develop and implement an ambitious annual plan to grow brand presence with the most suitable channel and visibility.
  • Build strong partnerships with our key retailers and define counterparts within our local contracts.
  • Definition of the POSM strategies tailored on local realities and client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure optimal brand visibility at retail through :
  • Monthly reporting (SOS / Location / environment / image),
  • ROI analysis of our retail activations,
  • Perfect merchandising execution aligned with Benelux segmentation,
  • Leverage all retailers’ tools to enhance the consumer experience at the POS.
  • Collaborate closely with the Retail Director, Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Manage a team of In-Store executives
Your profile :
  • 3-5 minimum years of experience working in merchandising or retail design, ideally in a related industry.
  • Education : Bachelor or master’s in business management, Luxury and / or Marketing.
  • Fluent in French and in English is a must. Dutch would be a strong asset.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with an "out-of-the-box" mindset.
  • Capacity of identify the main objectives on a project and propose solutions accordingly.
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, SAP. Knowledge of IWD and BIW software would be a strong plus
  • Skilled in negotiation, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented
