The Implementation Specialist represents the company's full digital portfolio suite. The IS is an expert in end-to-end clinical workflows (from image acquisition to treatment execution) and uses this expertise to exceed territory sales goals through solution selling. He/she forms deep end-customer relationships throughout the customer journey (pre- and post-sale).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Partner with DSS (Digital Sales Specialist) to identify new/existing customer opportunities and regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  2. Deliver best-in-class training, education, onboarding, and technical support to customers according to the AA onboarding EMEA playbook.
  3. Establish, define, and measure key performance indicators for customer experiences throughout onboarding and early product acquisition.
  4. Provide quick response and resolution to customers' technical and product-related needs, ensuring a strong customer experience.
  5. Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions through established reporting guidelines.
  6. Support the multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory and regional goals.
  7. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop tools and campaigns supporting the product.
  8. Study competitive and adjacent products, technologies, clinical studies, industry trends, and other relevant information for customers.
  9. Travel frequently, including some nights and weekends, to engage with existing and potential customers.
  10. Maintain a travel schedule that enables consistent contact with customers at trade shows and educational events.
  11. Serve as the regional technical expert for the AA digital portfolio, providing internal training and support to the DSS as needed.
  12. Prepare periodic reports, including weekly call and expense reports, general reports, and others as assigned.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

Dental Tech, Hygienist, Dental Degree, or any BSc

Previous experience in the dental industry, especially orthodontics, or equivalent experience in the medical field is highly preferred.

Willingness to operate in an international environment.

Fluent in English and native in French.

Resident in France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

Ability to understand, articulate, and communicate highly technical product and clinical information.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
