Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la logistique recherche un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour diriger l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de la livraison des projets dans le respect des délais et des budgets, tout en collaborant avec diverses équipes pour atteindre les objectifs stratégique. Ce poste exige un solide leadership et des compétences en communication pour gérer efficacement les équipes multiculturelles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, de préférence dans la logistique.
  • Expérience avérée avec des outils de gestion de projet et méthodologies.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec une approche proactive.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer tous les aspects du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la planification et l'exécution.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes pour garantir la livraison des projets.
  • Encourager l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion de projet.

Job title

The Project Manager acts as the 'CEO' of the project, taking full ownership of the project's success, from inception to delivery. The role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The Project Manager ensures that all project elements are aligned, and that the team is fully supported and motivated. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, including Business Process Owners, IT, Operations, Key Account Management, and external clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and align with business goals.

Additionally, the Project Manager fosters continuous improvement in project management practices and contributes to the development of project management standards within the organization.

Applicant's profile

Minimum of 7 years of work experience in project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, PMP certification preferred).
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proactive approach to initiating and handling new projects, even when initial information is limited.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with software solutions for Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Business Intelligence is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Workshop Facilitation Skills: Experience in leading workshops or meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
Risk Management Skills: Ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks effectively.
Experience in contributing to process improvement initiatives is a plus.
