Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. The Data Team helps turn health data into insights that empower colleagues and members alike. You will work across analytics, engineering and science to deliver data-powered features and improve reimbursement and care workflows.

Qualifications

• Own ambitious problems and develop simple solutions.
• Proven impact from first successful experience.
• Experience or willingness to grow in analytics, engineering and science.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R with high rigor.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Humble, collaborative and eager to grow regardless of seniority.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
