L’Oréal Groupe offers a 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2027 at La Roche-Posay in Île-de-France. This role focuses on sustainable development, social impact, and philanthropic initiatives within the Impact & Sustainability team, with collaboration across Marketing, Communication, and R&I.

You will help communicate brand commitments, develop sustainability content, and support cancer patient initiatives, gaining strategic exposure in a global beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Interest in CSR, sustainable development, social responsibility, and philanthropy.
• Strong curiosity for brand environments and societal issues.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, be proactive and autonomous.

Responsabilités

• Support Sustainability, Brand Cause, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Assist in developing content and campaigns for internal and external communication.
• Contribute to philanthropic programs and environmental impact projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Research & Innovation teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders and NGOs to advance impact.
