The role requires CFRE credentials or active pursuit, 3–6 years of fundraising experience, and strong donor relations, reporting, and communications skills. Some travel and community engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, public administration, or a related field.
• CFRE credential or active pursuit (Preferred).
• 3–6 years of fundraising, stewardship, grant administration, or resource development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, compliant funding proposals.

Responsabilités

• Grant Writing & Institutional Fundraising: prepare and submit grant applications; manage full lifecycle and reporting.
• Major Donor Development: cultivate donors, coordinate events, and donor stewardship.
• Marketing & Agency Promotion: represent the Authority, communicate program impact, and develop donor content.
• Strategy & Administration: develop annual fund plan, maintain donor records, report to leadership.
