Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in science, business, marketing, or relevant discipline.
• 10+ years' healthcare experience across commercial, marketing, market access, or medical functions.
• European or global experience in complex healthcare environments.
• Proven strategic leadership with strong business acumen.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Fluent in French and English with strong influencing and communication skills.
