STMicroelectronics’ Imaging Design Execution Excellence team seeks a senior specialist to drive sensor development from architecture to manufacturing release. You will define robust design processes, govern milestones, and lead cross-functional teams across imaging, QA, and firmware.

The role requires a Master’s in electronics or related field and 10+ years of multi-disciplinary product development, with strong English and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electronics, microelectronics, SoC design, software design, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of product development experience across multiple disciplines.
• Business-level English proficiency and mastery of Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern design milestones from feasibility NPR to manufacturing PG.
• Support technical leaders and project teams in proper methods and processes.
• Monitor design activity through KPI and drive continuous improvement.
• Digitalize engineering activities and share best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with Imaging Design Directors, PMO, QA, and firmware teams.
