STMicroelectronics in Grenoble seeks an experienced professional to join the SoC and digital architecture team, defining next‑generation low‑power image sensor architectures for automotive, consumer and industrial markets.

You will lead SoC digital architecture activities, develop IP and timing models, and collaborate with customers and marketing to shape product definitions while managing cybersecurity and functional safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in microelectronics or another relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Driving SoC-level digital architecture and specifications.
• Developing IP- and SoC-level behavioral and timing models.
• Defining hardware/firmware partitioning.
• Defining digital IP architecture and specifications.
• Collaborating with customers and marketing on product definition.
• Estimating power, area and architectural trade-offs.
• Assessing cybersecurity risks and countermeasures.
• Performing functional safety hazard analyses and safety mechanisms.
• Providing technical leadership and support to design teams.
