STMicroelectronics Grenoble seeks a skilled engineer to deliver technical support for CMOS image sensor products and assist customers in bringing up and optimizing camera systems. You will document processes and collaborate across design, validation, firmware, and engineering teams to ensure success.

The role requires a Master’s in Microelectronics or Electronics, 5+ years in image sensors, and strong English communication, with proficiency in Python and C/C++.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Microelectronics or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in CMOS image sensors or camera subsystems.
• Proven experience in customer support.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct technical support and reports to key customers using 2D image sensing products.
• Help customers bring up and troubleshoot camera systems and optimize settings.
• Draft, update, and maintain high-quality support documentation (integration guides, application notes).
• Collaborate with Validation, Analog/Digital Design, Firmware, Engineering, and Characterization teams throughout the product lifecycle.
