Job summary

CELINE is seeking a proactive Image Research Assistant to support the image team with thorough visual and textual research for upcoming projects. You will help coordinate and prepare high-quality internal presentations for image reviews, and provide hands-on support during photo/video shoots while assisting with logistical needs.

Fluency in English and French, superb organization, and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role within a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Fully fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Research Assistance: conduct thorough visual and textual research for upcoming projects.
• Presentation Coordination: organize images and support high-quality internal presentations for image reviews.
• Project Support: assist with photo/video shoots and logistical needs to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-function Collaboration: provide administrative support to Image Project Managers and related teams.
• Administrative Assistance: organize assets and prepare documentation as needed by Image Directors.
