Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France, seeks an IM Solution Architect (f/m/d) for the IM Domain Industry. You will translate industry requirements into technical specifications, define solutions, and lead framing studies and projects to increase production efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks and compliance, and shape IT architecture aligned with enterprise strategies. The role offers a unique opportunity to impact helicopter manufacturing and the industrial roadmap.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of leading edge architectures, system integration, ERP, PLM.
• Ability to translate operational industry challenges into IT requirements.
• Experience in project management with agile and traditional planning.

• Broad understanding of IT hardware, industrial apps, connectivity, and cloud tech.

• Risk & compliance management: identify and mitigate regulatory, cyber resilience, safety, and obsolescence risks.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IM Solution Architect (f/m/d) for IM Domain Industry. The job is located in Marignane, France. You will be part of a team, driving the Indutrial Projects Roadmap. You will be involved in strategic discussions around IT architecture and solution definition as well as leading framing studies and projects by yourself. The purpose is, to develop innovative and leading edge solutions, to drive production and assembly teams to maximum efficiency and excellence. Your future missions

• Requirements management: Translate industry requirements into technical specifications and clear procedures for developing a best fit solution
• Solution architecture: Propose solutions in line with enterprise strategies, leading edge ambitions, simplification and best value for money
• Manage framing studies: Lead, coordinate and contribute to framing studies, based on upcoming and relevant business requirements
• Contribute to projects alongside our Operations 2030+ roadmap, and accompany project teams during project execution
• Stakeholder management: build a trustful stakeholders network and implement consensus and compromise mindset in a complex environment
• Risk & compliance management: Identify and mitigate industry-specific risks (e.g., regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, operational safety, obsolescence, etc.)

Your profile

• Solution architecture acumen: foundational knowledge of leading edge architectures, system integration, ERP, PLM, etc.
• Industry processe expertise: Ability to translate operational industry challenges into viable IT requirements
• Industry experience is appreciated
• Project management: expertise in leveraging agile frameworks combined with classical planning and budgeting
• Stakeholder management, coordination and communication: Mastery in managing business expectations and securing formal solution acceptance
• Problem & dependency resolution: strong analytic skills to identify ways to resolve obstacles
• Technical Proficiency: A broad and deep understanding of various IT hardware, industrial key applications, connectivity, and cloud technologies is essential
