IM-PR & Event Senior Manager

Temporary contract - 6 months

LANCASTER MONACO

This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You’ll get to work in a diverse environment with a team who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way.

Under the management of the Digital and IM/PR Director the IM-PR & Event Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's communication and public relations strategy, leveraging influencers, media, and global events with specific guidelines to be declined by key European markets + China.

This role will contribute to increasing Lancaster Monaco’s visibility through a strong advocacy program, enhancing its brand image, and creating new opportunities for brand recognition through strategic partnerships.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS:

1. Influencer Partnerships Management:
   • Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of influencers (macro and micro) that align with the Lancaster Monaco brand image, to build a strong and performing advocacy communication pyramid.
   • Drive the design of creative seasonal guidelines with influencers to maximize the brand’s impact on social media all year long.
   • Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and make recommendations to optimize results.
   • Maintain long-term, trusting relationships with influencers, ensuring content consistency with the brand’s vision and values.
   • Work in close relationship with the Digital team who builds the monthly editorial calendar across all social media channels in Europe (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.) and with Global Media team to ensure Influence is at the heart of a performing Paid/Owned/Earned ecosystem, led by the Digital and IM/PR Director.
2. Media Relations Management:
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the beauty industry.
   • Create and implement communication strategies to ensure optimal media coverage for the brand.
   • Write press releases, articles, and content for media outlets, while managing media inquiries.
   • Track press coverage and evaluate its impact on the brand’s reputation.
3. Event Coordination:
   • Design and organize Global brand events (for product launches, key seasonal periods, conferences and special partnerships…) in Monaco and internationally.
   • Oversee event logistics, invitations, partnerships, and guest experiences.
   • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, creative) to ensure coherence and success of events.
   • Manage event budgets and optimize resources.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
   • Conduct active research on market trends, competitors’ strategies, and new opportunities in the beauty/skincare industry.
   • Analyze feedback from PR, influencer, and event actions to adjust future strategies.
5. Management of one Communication Project Manager + one Communication Apprentice

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced IM-PR & Event Senior Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment, with a team who is passionate about the work they do. Other than that, you:

• Have a master’s degree in communication, PR, Marketing or related field, but self-made experiences and professional paths are also interesting.
• Have at least 6 years of experience in communication, public relations, influencer management, and event coordination, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury industry.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong attractivity for the skincare and luxury industry is mandatory, as well as a 1st significant experience in the beauty industry is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Proficient in media management tools, social media platforms, and influencer campaign analysis tools (including Traacker).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Creative and innovative thinking in communication approaches, solution-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Leadership and personal communication, objectivity, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, impact, tenacity, autonomy, collaboration.
• Fluent in English.
