Identity Expert MF

The role of an Identity expert is to support the delivery team with his knowledge to manage and secure the identity Management in the appropriate tools. Also support access rights and permissions of individuals internal external generic accounts. His / her primary responsibility is to ensure that the right individuals have the appropriate access to systems applications and data while also preventing unauthorized access.

Step back on application & system architecture helps formalize and consolidate the transversal vision on tools & system.

Responsibilities:

• Suggest evolution to make the system more efficient.
• Participates to study and design work to impulse consistency mutualisation reuse & modernisation.
• Participate in vision build.
• Scoping.

Analyse needs in term of security & compliance to elaborate recommendation.

• Assess current situation map trajectory from current to target.
• Implement & support POC.
• Conception.

Design access control processes to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

• Suggest user identification management and authentication systems including enrollment and deenrollment processes.
• Contribute to elaborate policies & position paper.
• Integrate all requirement (group department policies security when designing solution).
• Participate to project when necessary.
• Design tracking tools for identity related objects.
• Implementation.

Contribute with his / her expertise to develop, implement and maintain an effective IAM solution for the entire organization.

• Collaborate with other teams to implement solution.
• Implement technical solutions to facilitate the migration: APIs ETL Connectors scripts automations bulk operation tools.
• Participate in the data load & migration operations during the projects.
• Follow implementation & migration KPIs and achievements.
• Participate in data cleaning and technical debt reduction efforts.
• Participate to tests & test elaboration or documentation.

Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential improvements in the IAM system.

• Maintain & monitor systems & tool.
• Provide technical support to teams & BU in resolving IAM related issues or changes implementation.
• Audit systems & log.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
• In relation with PM & management participate in exchanges with all stakeholders: Business IS&T Members and Suppliers.
• Performance management: Inform and give visibility to the various stakeholders (internal customers hierarchy suppliers) by producing the necessary dashboards while creating a relationship of trust with internal customers and suppliers.

Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and best practices through technology research.

• Share his knowledge with goodwill to help people grow.
• Help & support people including non-tech to understand, be accessible & collaborate cross-function.

Qualifications:

Main skills

Technical IT Expertise

• Excellent knowledge in IAM CIAM IDP SSO API AD & Entra identity Center authentication & federation method. Strong understanding of concept & products.
• Excellent knowledge on Dev languages allowing to implement/change solution on APIs/backend of the solutions: LogicApp PowerShell Graph API Apigee.
• Good knowledge on IT system in general.
• Good knowledge of working with BigQuery log analysis tools AI analysis techniques.

ITSM

• Good knowledge on Service Now.
• Define build and update relevant progress and quality indicators.
• Master pivot tables & advanced vsearch techniques in Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of smartsheets or similar kanban/gantt/project planning tool.
• Ability to build visual reports in Google Data Studio and/or PowerBI.
• Ability to manage high volumes of rapidly changing data (ingestion change tracking analysis).
• Sense of service listening and responding appropriately to customers or colleague requests. Deep knowledge of the customers: pains issues desires how they think how they work.

Methodology

• Good knowledge in ITIL Agile Lean Project framework versioning and CI/CD best practices.
• Dynamic: ability to manage different topics simultaneously with passion for good delivery.
• Organisation skills: ability to plan its activities to be rigorous and methodological in order to deal with different projects in parallel in a changing context.

Higher education Bachelor's degree 5 or equivalent.

Strong experience in complex IT projects.

Significant experience Identity migration projects.
