As part of EQUANS journey to become an autonomous organization, we are building a new IT Operating model, in which we work as a global organization to deliver some of our core IT.

As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of Services (SLS) which deliver services globally across all business units (24 / 7). The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) encompasses the functions of tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft, and user adoption.

As our IAM specialist, you will:

1. Lead activities & initiatives related to Identity and Access Management.
2. Participate in the definition of Identity Management standards.
3. Provide expertise to keep identities up to date.
4. Ensure the security of access to the IS by Equans Group users.
5. Allow users to access the applications necessary for their activities.
6. Participate in incident management and evolution.

Your main activities will be:

1. Participate in the definition of the technical architecture of identity & access management.
2. Verify and analyze the technical impacts of new solutions and their consistency with the existing architecture.
3. Participate in the definition of standards with the Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity departments.
4. Drive the implementation of the Access Management processes.
5. Be the guarantor of the technical architecture documentation.
6. Carry out the technical implementation of infrastructure projects (IAM).
7. Ensure the definition and implementation of KPIs related to the quality of infrastructure services.
8. Create and supervise test campaigns to validate the implementation of the infrastructure.
9. Promote the target architectures and the use of their components within other IT departments.
10. Drive IT General controls processes and compliance, including the coordination of regular account reviews.
11. Provide support to our service provider, in charge of the IAM operations.

Your profile:

1. Good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, access management process, IAM Skills & tools.
2. Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, etc.
3. Strong understanding of networking technologies and architectures.
4. Knowledge of information systems components (OS, AD, Identity federation, ADFS, SAML, OAuth2, Kerberos, DNS, PIM, MIM, Azure AD Connect).
5. Proficiency in architecture construction methods (TOGAF or others).

Further requirements:

1. You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
2. You are hands-on, autonomous, result-oriented, and open-minded.
