About the position

Reporting to the ICT Manager we are looking for the future talent in charge of IT Support for the French boutiques.

You will be the main contact between the Amsterdam-based PVH headquarters the IT service providers and the Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein boutiques.

In concrete terms here are the responsibilities you will be entrusted with in order to achieve common objectives :

• Support and monitoring of IT service providers for the French boutiques (28)
• Interface between our boutiques and techsupport (Support N1 and N2).
• IT support for boutiques and Omnichannel support (RFID Gkpos Meraki...) in support of the Omnichannel Manager.
• Participation in store openings / closures / IT upgrades within the FR perimeter in collaboration with the local and global architecture team.
• Support & assistance to store users and occasional visits to stores to ensure that IT equipment is functional.
• Support for the deployment of IT solutions in stores.
• Be the main local contact for FR retail and global IT meetings.
• Backup and assistance during busy periods for IT support functions for French and Belgian headquarters and showrooms.

About the team

You will report to the ICT Manager and work closely with the whole IT team. For us team spirit is essential and were convinced that working in a positive mindset contributes to performance!

About You

• You have 3 to 5 years similar experience including at least 2 years in retail.
• You have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Your values include a sense of service listening skills dynamism team spirit and autonomy.
• Eager to learn and assimilate more knowledge every day you enjoy dynamic constantly evolving environments and have a business vision of your activity.
• Youre always curious about IT tools and always looking to understand and find solutions.
• You will be required to communicate in English on a daily basis so fluency is a must.

Anticipation reactivity and the ability to make proposals are key skills.
