Job Description

We are seeking an IAM Sales Representative to join our team at ZF Aftermarket France. You will focus on expanding our presence in the northern region of France covering a sales area stretching from north of Paris to beyond Lille and Calais.

The team at ZF Aftermarket France is responsible for managing customer relationships and promoting the full range of products and services offered by the ZF Group. The team works closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.

What you can look forward to as IAM Sales Representative:

  • Ensure regular visits to maintain contact with customers in the sector.
  • Implement and monitor commercial agreements ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Participate in trade negotiations and define the means to make them effective.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to customers.
  • Participate in local events and activities.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring.
  • Report on activities and ensure the updating of product ranges at the customer.
  • Advise customers on stocking new products.
  • Implement commercial prospecting (contact and follow-up of prospects) in liaison with commercial management or Key Account Managers.

Your Profile as IAM Sales Representative:

  • Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems.
  • Fluent in French and good knowledge of English desirable.
