HCLTech in Paris is seeking an IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer to provide technical expertise in identity, access management and security platforms. The role focuses on secure access, privileged access management, identity governance and operational security support.

The IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer implements, operates and improves IAM/PAM solutions, collaborates with security, infrastructure and compliance teams, and documents procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IAM, PAM or cybersecurity environments.
• Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle and access control principles.
• Experience with incident, request and change management processes.
• Good knowledge of security best practices and operational controls.
• Ability to analyze access or security issues.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Implement, operate and improve IAM / PAM / security solutions.
• Support identity lifecycle and access management processes.
• Manage integrations with applications, directories and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to remediation actions.
• Participate in access reviews, controls and security improvements.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application and compliance teams.
• Document procedures, controls and technical operating models.
• Support continuous improvement of security processes.
