Exyte GmbH in Paris is seeking an experienced I&C Package Owner to oversee instrumentation and control systems for a large-scale data center project. You will lead automation, controls, BMS, monitoring, and integration activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a degree in automation or electrical engineering, 8+ years in instrumentation or BMS delivery, and strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA. On-site work in France with fluent English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in instrumentation, automation, controls, or BMS delivery.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, BMS, and industrial communication systems.
• Experience in construction management and project delivery.
• Experience in hyperscale data centre or mission-critical facilities is required.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
• French language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in France.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of all I&C package activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the delivery of automation, control systems, BMS, monitoring, and communication infrastructure.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review and approve technical documentation and control system architectures.
• Manage subcontractors, system integrators, and suppliers.
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical, security, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor package performance regarding schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Support factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and commissioning activities.
• Lead technical issue resolution and risk management processes.
• Ensure package compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
