Exyte is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Owner to lead the delivery of all electrical systems for a hyperscale data center project in France. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities to align with project objectives, while managing budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years delivering electrical systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Data center experience is mandatory.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in France.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Electrical Package throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage electrical construction activities including MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, grounding, and lighting systems.
• Coordinate design reviews and support technical decision-making.
• Manage package schedules, budgets, quality, and safety performance.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, I&C, security, logistics, and civil packages.
• Review technical submittals and installation documentation.
• Support procurement and supplier selection activities.
• Lead issue resolution and change management processes.
• Ensure commissioning and energization activities are properly planned and executed.
• Report package performance and elevate critical project risks.

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering electrical systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with MV/LV systems, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, power distribution, and commissioning.
• Proven project management and construction management experience.
• Experience in data center projects is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
• Fluent English required.
• French language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in France.
