SilverBack is recruiting an experienced I&C Package Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data center project in France. You will own the Instrumentation & Control package, coordinating automation, controls, BMS, monitoring and integration activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilités

SilverBack is recruiting for an experienced I&C Package Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data center project in France.

Working as part of the project delivery team, you'll take ownership of the Instrumentation & Control (I&C) package, coordinating automation, controls, BMS, monitoring and integration activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the I&C package across engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage the delivery and integration of automation, control systems, BMS, monitoring and communication infrastructure.
• Coordinate subcontractors, system integrators and suppliers, ensuring delivery against project requirements, schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Review technical documentation and control system architectures and coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical, security and commissioning teams.
• Support FAT, SAT and commissioning activities, resolving technical issues and managing package risks throughout execution.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Instrumentation & Control (I&C), automation, controls or BMS delivery.
• Previous hyperscale data center or mission-critical project experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, BMS and industrial communication systems.
• Proven experience managing I&C packages through construction, testing and commissioning.
• Strong subcontractor, system integrator and stakeholder management experience.
• Degree in Automation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent English; French language skills are an advantage.
