About the role

Within the Vision 360 department, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supervising and managing the activities of Delivery IOO, while anticipating future needs. This department acts as a strategic lever to enhance overall team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supervision:
  • Prioritize production requests and ensure their proper integration into operational work plans.
  • Maintain rigorous daily oversight of production stages via alert management to anticipate potential blockages and ensure team effectiveness in line with Delivery objectives.
  • Contribute to centralizing monitoring tools for better performance management and faster decision-making.
  • Lead a community of supervisors to foster best practice sharing and innovation, including facilitating cross-functional engagement and driving continuous improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve work methods and tools, integrating operational team insights.

2. Cross-functional missions:

  • Support the Senior Operations Manager of Vision 360 in leading priority initiatives, ensuring smooth operations with supervisors, and enhancing coordination across teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement lean management practices, including automation use cases, to boost overall performance.
  • Promote a positive team dynamic through cross-team collaboration, constructive feedback, coaching, and sharing sessions.
  • Contribute to redefining the roles of future supervisors and evolving related tools.
  • Monitor production volumes related to fiber operations and objectives, propose resource and skill adjustments, and alert management when necessary.
