SpaceLocker in Paris is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on platform integration with 3-5 years of experience. You will become a key technical interface between SpaceLocker and hosting partners, coordinating payload integration activities across mission preparations and managing interface requirements.

Required EU citizenship or eligible status per export clause, with an engineering degree and experience across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with experience in systems engineering or spacecraft integration.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Comfortable managing technical interfaces between organizations.
• Experience producing structured engineering documentation and interface control documents.
• Familiarity with spacecraft development, payload integration or AIT/AIV is a plus.
• Likes turning complex discussions into concrete decisions.
• Knows how to balance technical rigor with getting things done.
• Doesn’t stop at team boundaries when there’s a problem to solve.
• Curious, hands-on, and excited by building something that doesn’t exist yet.

Responsabilités

• Manage technical interfaces with spacecraft manufacturers and hosting partners.
• Coordinate payload accommodation activities throughout mission preparation.
• Define and maintain interface requirements, ICDs and integration documentation.
• Support technical negotiations related to payload compatibility and mission constraints.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation of interface requirements.
• Contribute to verification, integration campaigns and mission readiness reviews.
• Help develop standardized integration approaches across multiple hosting platforms.
