Job summary

Sanofi Accelerator's R&D is seeking a Software Engineer in Paris, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will design and implement robust software to accelerate research workflows, lead technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, scalable architectures, and best practices in DevOps. With 5+ years of experience and a CS/engineering degree, you’ll work with cloud providers and modern frontend/backend tech to drive innovative digital health

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and data analysis.
Lead technical decision‑making for key projects with scalable architectures.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture.
Set technical standards and drive best practices across the team.
Collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and remove bottlenecks.
