Sanofi Accelerator's R&D in Paris is seeking a Software Engineer to design and implement robust software that accelerates research workflows and data analysis. You will collaborate with product teams and scientists across international sites in a hybrid environment.

Your Impact

• Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilities
• Lead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture
• Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the team
• Support and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar
• Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js
• Proficiency in React or similar framework
• Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledge
• CI/CD practices and DevOps principles

Your background

• 5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge). If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

• Assumes responsibility for the success of projects, including meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Takes ownership of technical decisions and leads efforts to overcome obstacles.
• Accountable for the overall performance and efficiency of engineering solutions.
• Actively participates in the design, development, and testing of critical components.
