Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to build end-to-end data pipelines and ML workflows in a hybrid Paris setting. You will design scalable data models, automate data ingestion, and ensure governance across systems while collaborating with international teams.

You will work with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS, applying rigorous data quality and CI/CD practices, contributing to a data-driven digital R&D culture.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data pipelines and data warehouses in cloud environments.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT, data modeling and production orchestration.
• Cross-functional collaboration and translating business needs into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data pipelines transforming raw data into insights.
• Develop and optimize data models for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with teams to define interfaces between data products and apps.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Automate ingestion and monitor KPIs for pipeline health.
• Maintain ETL/ML workflows and reproducibility of experiments.
• Contribute to MLOps/AIOps and CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews.
