Futurmaster seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the functional quality of the team’s deliverables within a Scrum environment. You will design and execute test plans, contribute to QA strategy, perform manual testing, and help transition to automated testing across backend and frontend while maintaining test repositories and collaborating with Product Owner and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ideally within a software company.
• Fluent English is required to collaborate effectively with our team based in China.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in a complex software solution.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to test design, execution, and maintenance.
• Dynamic and proactive, with a strong interest in working in an Agile team and in both technical and functional aspects.
• Experience in manual testing and the ability and willingness to transition towards automated testing.

As a member of a Scrum team, you will be responsible for ensuring the functional quality of the team’s deliverables.
