Brown-Forman in Paris seeks a Commercial Efficiency Manager to drive efficiency across France and BeLux. You will bridge Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain, lead forecasting, reporting, and RGM initiatives, and optimize end-to-end commercial processes.

You will manage field sales analytics, provide data-based recommendations to leadership, and ensure high service levels while minimizing penalties. This is a hybrid role with four days in the Paris office and one day from home.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or alcohol beverage with commercial/operational roles.
• Negotiation: strategic, risk mitigation, and persuasive relationships with major retailers.
• Analytical: advanced Excel and ERP experience, highly organized with prioritization.
• Languages: fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead S&BP (Sales & Business Planning) process to align regional strategy with local execution.
• Develop volume forecasts with the Commercial team; ensure forecast accuracy and alignment.
• Coordinate daily, mid-month, and month-end projections; provide real-time sales visibility.
• Oversee Penalty/Dispute Management across departments; negotiate with customers.
• Ensure Supply Chain provides details for accurate commercial planning; chair Penalty meetings.
• Provide daily sales reporting; resolve delivery or order issues with cross-functional teams.
