Hybrid role with 4 days in the Paris office and Fridays from home. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG/alcohol, strong Excel/SAP skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years in FMCG or alcohol beverage industry with commercial and operational experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with retailers to secure favorable terms.
• Advanced Excel and SAP ERP experience.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead S&BP forecasting and align regional strategy with local execution.
• Coordinate daily, mid-month, and month-end forecasting and reporting.
• Manage customer penalties and dispute resolution across departments.
• Drive RGM analytics adoption across France and related markets.
• Support field sales analytics and KPI reporting for leadership.
