Job summary

IQVIA in France seeks an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead execution of clinical projects and support project teams. You will set up and maintain documentation, coordinate communications, and manage status and finance reports with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of PM experience, knowledge of clinical trials and ICH GCP, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work with Paris or Bordeaux offices 2–3 times weekly is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Life sciences or related field Req.
• 4-5 years of prior relevant experience including > 1 years project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Real World Evidence experience is valuable.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory requirements (ICH GCP) and guidelines relevant to clinical trials.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid role: needs to attend to Paris or Bordeaux offices 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of clinical projects and support project teams.
• Set up and maintain project documentation files and records.
• Lead with the creation and coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects.
• Update project plans, tracking systems and databases with project data.
• Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and project finance reports.
• Coordinate project team and customer meetings via Web, telecon or face to face.
• Record minutes and follow up actions; coordinate with other project support staff.
• Serve as backup contact for internal project team as designated by study lead.
