Pepco is expanding its Tech Hub in Porto and seeks a Mobile & Web Service Manager to lead service operations, drive performance, stability, and continuous improvements across mobile and web platforms.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, own the change calendar, and ensure reliable digital experiences for Europe-wide products. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential for a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent (nice to have).
• At least 7 years in IT service management or leadership roles.
• Experience supporting digital products across mobile and web platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset focusing on stability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day service operations for mobile and web digital products, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve incidents and problems efficiently.
• Own and manage the change and release calendar, ensuring stable and well-coordinated deployments.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Monitor system health, service availability, and performance across platforms.
• Support service design, transition, and operational readiness for new features and releases.
• Maintain documentation, including knowledge base and operational runbooks.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence within the product teams.
